The "Thrill-omedy" isn't dead. Fido is a hysterical zombie retelling of the classic film "Lassie." They use the Lassie template so well that it almost seems like a remake instead of a parody. There's a really great scene of Little Timmy running across a field with his Zombie playmate Fido...so heartwarming.

The world has been taken over by flesh eating Zombies. But thanks to the mega-science corporation ZomCon, America has been fenced off into safe zones where non-infected humans can live. Here's the twist. It's not the ever so popular post apocalyiptic present, but an America arresseted in the beautiful antiseptic formica world of the 50's. Everyone is so pleasant and nice to one another even though they're surrounded by the ever looming presence of the living dead.

Zom-Com has discovered a way to collar the Zombies and make them docile servants who no longer have the urge to eat live human flesh. The more promenant famlies own Zombies to clean and serve thier every need. This is where we meet Timmy (K'Sun Ray) and his parents Bill (Dylan Baker) and Helen Robinson ...
