Lexi (Mary McCormick) and Brad (Rory Cochrane) wake up like any other day in their cozy home right outside of downtown Los Angeles. Brad makes coffee, Lexi showers for work. They listen to the radio together, and Lexi takes off for her office job in one of the downtown high rises. Moments later all hell breaks loose when it's announced over the radio that more than one dirty bomb has been detonated in the downtown area.

I was completely taken aback by this movie. I really didn't know what to expect, and I'm not one to usually enjoy drama driven thrillers. They usually end up like The Bone Collector or even Kiss the Girls. Boo. Boo as in bad, not Boo as in scary. Right at Your Door is based on the present and constant looming horror of terrorism that we're told to fear on a daily basis on the radio, television and internet. It's the kind of story that scares you so bad that you can't believe it would ever happen in real life. Then when it's over, you're pretty sure you're not going to be able to sleep ...
