I was so hyped about this movie. First of all the script was co-authored by Wes Craven. Secondly, it stars both Kristen Bell (you know, Veronica Mars) and Ian Somerhalder (Boone from Lost). As great as those three people are and a great motivator for me to see a film, it's a remake of another Japanese terror import. Given this isn't the straight forward ghost story that we're used to from the east. No this one is viral and is ready to take over the world and make everyone kill themselves, unless you can protect yourself with a ton of red tape. No really, actual red tape, not a metaphor.
Mattie (Kristen Bell) is a psych student and she's happy enough with her brainy hacker boyfriend Josh (Jonathan Tucker).
